Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach - Black Diamond Kids Center
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year coaching experience in competitive gymnastics/upper level recreational gymnastics coaching
- USAG Safety Certification and Professional Membership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young athletes and helping them achieve their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions
- Assist in choreographing routines and preparing athletes for competitions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during training and events
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes
- Coaching Xcel and Developmental/Compulsory Teams
Schedule:
- Afternoon and evening availability required
- Part time 10-15 hours per week
